All products are:
- Made to order
- Produced after purchase
- Individually manufactured
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded when:
- You receive an order confirmation email, or
- Production of your order begins
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are:

- Inclusive of applicable taxes where required
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon order placement via the available payment methods in WooCommerce.
6. Production & Shipping
All products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners:
- Gelato (posters)
- Podbase (phone cases)
Production typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by shipping depending on location.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union:
Under applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:
- Made to order
- Personalized
- Produced based on individual selection
As all products are created after purchase, this exemption applies.
8. Returns & Refunds

In summary:
- No returns for made-to-order or personalized products
- Replacement or refund for defective or incorrect items
9. Accuracy of Information
We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that:
- Your device screen will display colors exactly
- Minor variations will not occur

- incorrect addresses provided by customers
- failed delivery attempts
- packages marked as delivered by the carrier

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
