Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Information

Almost each physical product in this shop are made to order and produced especially for you after your order is placed.

This applies to:

  • Posters (fulfilled via our print partner)
  • Phone cases (fulfilled via our print partner)
  • Stationery (fulfilled via our print partner)
  • Tote Bags (fulfilled via our print partner)
  • Stickers (fulfilled via our print partner)

Because of this production method, special return conditions apply.


2. Returns & Exchanges

As all items are produced individually upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or product selection
  • Personal preferences (e.g. slight color variations or design expectations)

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.


3. Personalized Products

For personalized or custom-made items, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Custom text
  • Personalized designs
  • Any product created specifically for you

4. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union:

Under applicable consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to order
  • Personalized
  • Produced based on individual selection

Since many products in our shop are created after purchase, this exemption applies.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Or incorrect

you are entitled to a resolution.

We offer:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Refund (if a replacement is not possible)

How to report an issue:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description

6. Posters & Stationery

Posters are printed using high-quality methods and shipped in protective packaging.

In the rare event of:

  • Transport damage
  • Print defects

we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.


7. Phone Cases

Phone cases are carefully produced and quality-checked before shipping.

If your product shows:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Print errors
  • Damage during shipping

we will arrange a replacement or refund after review.


8. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to absence
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

However, we will always do our best to assist you.


9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued via your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
